Processing and Shipping Times
Please note that processing times and shipping times are two separate phases. Generally, our orders are shipped within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, for some products that require custom creation, processing times may extend to 10–20 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
